Visit to the 20th Karbala International Book Fair

As part of its commitment to supporting cultural activities and promoting knowledge and intellectual awareness within the university community, a group of university students and staff participated in a field visit to the 20th Karbala International Book Fair, held at the courtyard of Lady Zainab (Peace Be Upon Her) and sponsored by the Holy Hussaini Shrine.

The visit provided participants with a valuable opportunity to explore the publications and works of Arab and international publishing houses, as well as to learn about the latest releases in various scientific, literary, and cultural fields. Such experiences contribute to broadening knowledge, fostering a culture of reading, and encouraging active engagement with cultural and intellectual developments.

This participation reflects the university’s belief in the importance of extracurricular activities as a means of enriching the educational environment and linking academic learning with real-world cultural experiences. It is also in line with the university’s mission of building an informed, educated, and culturally aware academic community.
