The Administrative and Legal Affairs Unit is one of the core divisions within the Department of Student Dormitory Affairs. Student Housing Unit

The Student Housing Unit is responsible for managing and providing suitable accommodation for students. Its duties include student registration, room allocation, monitoring discipline and conduct, organizing cultural and social activities, fostering cooperation and adaptation among residents, and implementing regulations to ensure a safe, secure, and well-organized living environment.

Accounts and Stores Unit

The Accounts and Stores Unit is one of the vital divisions within the student dormitories. It is responsible for managing administrative and financial operations efficiently and systematically, ensuring that dormitory needs and supplies are provided without delay, safeguarding public funds in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, and promoting transparency and accuracy in inventory management, stocktaking, receiving, and issuing procedures.

Social Research Unit

The Social Research Unit is one of the most important support units within the student dormitories, focusing on the social, psychological, and humanitarian well-being of students. The unit works to create a stable residential environment that contributes to students’ academic success and helps them address and overcome challenges and difficulties encountered during their stay in the dormitories.

Maintenance and Services Unit

The Maintenance and Services Unit serves as the backbone of dormitory operations, ensuring the continuous and efficient functioning of student housing facilities. It is responsible for maintaining the residential complex and providing the necessary equipment, services, and supplies to ensure a healthy, safe, and comfortable living environment for students residing in the dormitories.
