Reception Ceremony for Female Dormitory Students on the Occasion of the Beginning of the Academic Year

As part of the university’s commitment to providing a safe, supportive, and stable academic environment, and under the supervision of the Social Research Unit within the Department of Student Dormitory Affairs, a reception ceremony was organized for female students residing in the university dormitories to mark the beginning of the new academic year.

The event aimed to warmly welcome new students and help them adapt psychologically and socially to university life. It also provided an opportunity to introduce them to the regulations, instructions, and services available within the student dormitories, thereby enhancing their sense of belonging, stability, and reassurance.

This initiative reflects the department’s ongoing efforts to support students and create a positive residential environment that contributes to both their academic success and personal well-being.
