Student Dormitory Regulations and Guidelines

The student dormitory is an integral part of the university campus, and all regulations and policies applicable within the university campus also apply to the dormitories, in accordance with the academic and behavioral values adopted by the university.

In line with the commitment of the Dormitory Administration to providing a safe, organized, and suitable residential environment for students, the following regulations have been established to promote responsibility, discipline, and mutual respect, while ensuring the comfort and safety of all residents.

Accordingly, students are kindly requested to adhere to the following instructions and regulations:

First: General Conduct

  • Comply with all regulations and instructions issued by the Dormitory Administration and the University Administration.
  • Maintain a quiet atmosphere within the dormitory, especially during study and rest hours.
  • Respect fellow students and dormitory staff, and interact with them in a spirit of cooperation and responsibility.

Second: Protection of Property

  • Preserve furniture and public facilities within rooms, hallways, and common areas.
  • Any alteration, damage, or misuse of dormitory property is strictly prohibited.
  • Students will be held accountable for any deliberate damage to dormitory property.

Third: Cleanliness and Safety

  • Maintain personal hygiene and keep rooms clean on a daily basis.
  • Follow all safety instructions and refrain from using any equipment or devices that may pose a risk.
  • Cooperate with cleaning staff and observe designated waste disposal schedules.

Fourth: Room Organization

  • Adhere to the approved occupancy limit assigned to each room.
  • Do not bring or use any unauthorized electrical appliances.
  • Maintain order within the room and avoid causing disturbance to other residents.

Fifth: Visits and Departure

  • Follow the regulations governing visits and adhere to the designated visiting hours.
  • Notify the administration in the event of temporary or permanent departure from the dormitory in accordance with approved procedures.

Sixth: Violations

  • In the event of a violation of these regulations, the Dormitory Administration reserves the right to take appropriate administrative measures in accordance with the applicable rules and procedures.
  • Disciplinary actions may include a warning, relocation, or eviction, depending on the nature and recurrence of the violation.
